5th Annual KC Crain Memorial Golf Tournament

This is the 5th Annual KC Crain Memorial Golf Tournament to raise cancer awareness and help support the Angeles Clinic Foundation. KC was a long standing member of our group, and the Clinic played a great part in having him stay with us much longer than other doctors had estimated. We are grateful for their contribution, and hopefully we can help someone else through your support.

This is a 4-person scramble tournament. The base price for a single golfer is $140, which includes breakfast, lunch, green fees, and range balls.  There will be an optional Long Drive and Closest to the Pin Contest for $40, which includes a scratcher card for a chance to win a free 3 day, 2 night hotel stay to one of a dozen destinations. Four people will be randomly selected to participate in a special Closest to the Pin contest on the 18th hole for a chance to win $100,000!
